I am a reliable and experienced coaching professional, who specialises in working with individuals and their dogs.

I believe each of us deserves to live happily with our four legged friends doing stuff we enjoy.

My passion for dogs began in 2001,  when I was a horse riding instructor, I was looking for a companion dog who would join me at work and enjoy an active lifestyle with me.  Since then I have welcomed a total of 5 dogs into my family.

We have moved house and home, settling in South Lanarkshire area and we enjoy competing in agility, cani-cross and heel work to music.

I am qualified as a Kennel Club agility judge,  Mantrailing UK instructor

and Accredited Canine Hoopers UK Instructor

It’s safe to say I live and breath dogs!

Dog agility is a sport in which a handler directs a dog through an obstacle course in a race for both time and accuracy. Whilst competing, dogs run off leash with no food or toys as incentives, and the handler cannot touch either the dog or the equipment.  The handler's controls are limited to voice, movement, and various body signals, requiring exceptional training of both the dog and handler.

An introduction course must be completed before joining our regular trailing sessions. The introduction courses are held on private venues.

Our regular sessions are in lots of different locations, from local parks/woodlands to
industrial estates to shopping centers.

About Mantrailing

Mantrailing is using the scent from man and the dog to locate. The dog's nose is so incredibly powerful, we harness this ability to trail a specific humans scent, where they will be rewarded with the best treasure.  It's a great fun way to work with your dog whilst teaching them a cool new game.

Mantrailing is all-inclusive, any breed and any age of dog can take part, puppies can start after vaccinations.    Handlers do not need to be super fit, this is walking only.

Dogs are worked individually and on a long line, which makes it ideal for reactive dogs. It is a great way to build your dogs self confidence and can really help nervous or shy dogs.
